Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • Eligible for Refund or Re-Cleaning: We will offer a refund or a free re-clean if notified within 24 hours and the service area remains unchanged.
  • Not Eligible for Refund: Refunds will not be provided for approved services or if incorrect service details were provided at booking.
  • Requesting a Refund: Email us at info@cdhcleaningservicesllc.com with your concern and photos (if applicable), and we’ll respond within 1–2 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand things come up — here’s how we handle cancellations:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • No-Show Policy: If we arrive and cannot access the property or no one is available, the full fee will be charged.
